Do They Really Support Israel? Ask Michele Bachmann, Tim Pawlenty, Mitt Romney, etc.

U.N. to 'Debate' Seizing Jerusalem on July 11th, 26th

WASHINGTON, July 6, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- Here's the pro-Israel litmus test question YOU should ask Republican Presidential candidates Michele Bachmann, Tim Pawlenty, Mitt Romney: "Will you make a major campaign speech supporting H.R. 297 before July 26th?" Yes or No.

Question for Rick Perry, Sarah Palin, Rick Santorum, Jon Huntsman, Herman Cain, Gary Johnson, Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich, Thad McCotter: "Will you publicly campaign to de-fund the U.N. if they seize East Jerusalem from Israel this September?"

Congressman Steve Chabot (R-OH), chairman of the Middle East Subcommittee of House Foreign Affairs, wrote a pro-Israel bill H.R. 297 to withhold "contributions to the regularly assessed biennial budget of the United Nations ... if the General Assembly adopts a resolution in favor of recognizing a state of Palestine outside of or prior to a final status agreement negotiated between, and acceptable to, the State of Israel and the Palestinians." Do you support H.R. 297, (and H.R. 271 as well)?

Between July and September the U.N. will vote to seize Jerusalem, and President Obama has hinted he won't veto their plan. [Source: prayinjesusname.org/israel]

The "Quartet" has scheduled July 11th, and the U.N. Security Council July 26th, for an open "debate" about whether or not they will seize Israeli land by September, dividing Jerusalem and declaring a Palestinian state, without negotiation or approval from Israel.

Citizens can sign our pro-Israel petition here. [Source: prayinjesusname.org/israel] The Pray In Jesus Name Project has delivered 62,000 fax petitions to Congress supporting Israel's right to defend her current borders.

President Abbas of the Palestinian Authority said on Lebanese TV last week, quote: "[Alleged] President Obama says he wants to see an independent Palestinian state by September. The Quartet has said the same."

But Israel's Ambassador to the U.N. Ron Prosor said war is coming: "Regardless of the outcome of the UN vote, a Palestinian state will not be created and added that the UN is not authorized to dictate borders between countries. A unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state will bring about another cycle of violence that will only lead to a dead end."

Everybody please ask candidates to make a major campaign speech endorsing H.R. 297, to defund the U.N. if they seize Israeli land.

I’d like to see ANYONE seize something from Israel, much less East Jerusalem. Talk about pulling back a stump...

My opinion and strictly my opinion. The UN has no right to take over any country what so ever. They don’t have the authority to tell any country that it can or cannot exist. I agree with others, defund the UN and move them out of the U.S.

If Israel gets off the public teat of American taxpayers, nobody can ever dictate to it.

I’d like to know where they are going to get the army to do it? And what country will be the willing one to send in their aircraft.

Are you as equally vocal about other countries receiving U.S. foreign aid, or do you solely/primarily object to Israel receiving U.S. foreign aid?

Pretty much. SO.....I have to assume that by this ‘UN’ logic, when the UN decides to take NYC, Paris, Bejing, Moscow, Tokyo, or even Wash. DC, then none of the leaders of those countries’ cities will have a problem with that either...

What? They would? Shocked...Shocked I tell you. Picture the UN telling China to give Bejing or Hong Kong to Tibet. Or Mexico to the Zetas (not comparing Tibet to terrorists mind you), Or any other city to a group that ‘wants’ it. Just seriously, honestly picture the reaction if they tried. Anyone thinking Israel would be fully justified in declaring war on the UN besides me? No they won’t. But they would be justified.
