I have never read the text of hate crime legislation.

I do wonder HOW such laws can be constitutional however in light of how subjectively and capriciously they are applied.

They appear to be a bald-faced violation of equal protection.


These ‘mobs’ need to be confronted violently — it’s all they’ll understand because individually they are cowards, but as a mob they are violent bullies, with no shame or remorse.

If we were still operating under the Constitution, it would be. But since we are not and have not for years , it is. Now we in the era of “Everyone is equal, just some are more equal than others”, gimmie, gimmie, gimmie, “there oughta be a law”, everyon is a victim, and the Oldie but Goodie that the Western movies told the Indians, “The Great White Father in Washington “ will take care of you.
