I agree Hasan is guilty. I also believe that as a Muslim he really really wants to die in Jihad-the only assurance they have of “paradise” for that reason I would hope he is sentenced to life without parole-and in a Christian /or Jewish facility where he would not have any Muslims to talk to -no bloody Koran to read-no call to prayer broadcast.
