I’m just worried that the jury will be influenced by officers that idiot Army general who was more worried what the attack would to the Army’s “diversity” than he was about the dead troops.
It stinks on ice to have people like that at the senior levels of the Armed Forces.
I stand to be corrected but I always thought that pardons was strictly within the purview of the state governor where and when it involves state felony convictions and not of the federal Presidency.
BTW, anyone know if he's still drawing his pay?

I agree Hasan is guilty. I also believe that as a Muslim he really really wants to die in Jihad-the only assurance they have of “paradise” for that reason I would hope he is sentenced to life without parole-and in a Christian /or Jewish facility where he would not have any Muslims to talk to -no bloody Koran to read-no call to prayer broadcast. I f he was allowed a service dog it ought be one trained by the US Army to alert/attack every-time it comes close to a Muslim... give it the Arabic name for Mohammed is pig dung.and when he finally dies he ought be ground up with the leftover pig from the rendering plant and that mess dumped on the Ground Zero Mosque.TO sanctify it.
How do you figure? There is no question of his guilt in the unprovoked killing of 13 fellow soldiers.

Remember the general who was more worried about how Hasan’s attack would affect the Army’s “diversity” than about the murdered soldiers? What if one or more like him are on the panel at Hasan’s court martial?
A single PC judge could have disparate effect on the outcome of the court martial.
