Hollander faces charges of resisting an officer without violence, assaulting an officer, and obstruction with violence. The obstruction charge is a third-degree felony carrying a maximum penalty of five years in prison. The other charges are misdemeanors....When Broward Sheriff's Deputy Darlene Harden confronted Hollander a short time later, the magistrate admitted taking a picture but refused to turn over her phone, arguing that it was a public restroom and she was not violating any laws, according to the report.
Sounds like you can bust into a restroom, take indecent photos, and face little to no prosecution over the offense in Floriduh. Just don't challenge the authority of the police.

I was in the mens’ public restroom yesterday in a hotel lobby yesterday (Fourth of July festivities). The line for the womens’ room was 20-deep. I was at a urinal, turned and there was an 8-to-10 year old girl standing no more than a foot away. I assume one of the other men was with her, but that is just wrong. It is very uncomfortable.
