My take exactly. Although I will make ONE exception. If they volunteer for the military, serve their term, and are honorably discharged, then I'm OK with citizenship. For ALL other cases your comment fits my feelings exactly. But if they have ANY criminal record (and for this purpose includes juvenile offenses).....Back to Mehico you go.

What a f**king disgrace that would be. We might as well set up a mercenary military with the price being citizenship. We don't need to use lawbreakers to serve inour armed forces. It is a privilege not a payoff to illegal aliens. As a veteran, I view such a solution as an insult.
