Misdemeanor sentences are served concurrently in pretty much all cases. She’ll be out later today or tomorrow morning.
?? The judge has sentencing Thurs at 9am----she can be free before that??
She will be on Federal probation for the check charges. She got a harsher sentence from that than for killing her daughter!
