Nancy Grace made a good point. She believes it is Murder ONE. She adds though that the emotion of the jury may not inflict the death penalty.
Baez might want to rethink the “emotion” thing he yakked about to the jury. It may work in favor of sparing his client’s life.
I thought Baez helped to make the defense’s case in his clsong argument.
HLN is running video and photos of the darling little baby. Everytime I see them I want to cry. When I heard the audio of her talking last night (a new one), I did. Chilling to think that a mother could even think of doing this.
