I just heard on HLN that juror #3 said they let her go because they couldn't agree on the punishment. There not supposed to talk about punishment unless it was the highest two charges which would be the death penalty. So these 12 idiots messed up and let a killer go because there too dumb to figure out the judge decides on the penalty on the lesser manslaughter charge.

I've said it before and have gotten flak, and still couldn't care less.

This was a stupid, lazy, uninterested jury. They took almost NO notes and looked bored much of the time.

This is just getting started. Wait until we start hearing more stories about these dullards. There will be a lot of people with egg on their faces.
