I’m still feeling sick about this. No one on that jury wanted to look over the evidence? I doubt they even deliberated! I always wondered why more jurors weren’t taking notes, especially during the forensics stuff. What a bunch of idiots!
It really is unbelievable to me that there managed to be 12 people of the same irresponsible mindset to serve on this one jury. I believe they did not follow the admonitions they were given by the judge, the rules of deliberation, or their common sense. They were in a hurry to get out and be done with it. Didn’t even make a pretense of asking to review any of the evidence. You don’t deliberate in two 5 hour segments without asking for notes or evidence and come to a legitimate verdict. Shame on them. I’m sick over it too.
