Casey best not have anything out there that the Feds could get her for.

There was a case in Kentucky a long time ago where a man killed his girlfriend after she broke up with him. He was taken to court by the state with circumstantial evidence.

The jury found him not guilty. After the trial, the man moved from his house and the new owners found videos of his sexual abuse of this woman under the floor boards.

They called the police and turned over that evidence. The state could not retry the man, so the feds were able to bring the man, that all knew was guilty, up on federal charges.

He was convicted and had to serve at least 20 years for the federal case.

Casey better be careful here. It ain't all over until it is over.
