And yet, according to one report I heard, one of the idiot alternate jurors said Casey was not guilty because the prosecution failed to prove her motive.
IF the prosecution brings UP the motive, they better make the connection directly via evidence that the motive is linked directly to the charges.
They made their case weaker because we just don’t have mothers who want to party killing their children with premeditation a lot( they might neglect them and the child dies)...and Casey could have left the child with her parents.
But again, the “motive” they brought up was in now way connected to any evidence that the defendent murdered her child. the jury and this alternate juror only looked at very specific evidence for Capital murder..they didn’t see that presented.
