I don’t have a moral problem with the Constitution. However, it is a dilemma when your gut tells you that a person is guilty but because the prosecution didn’t present their case well enough you have to at least consider voting not-guilty. I guess you can argue that Casey’s partying when her daughter was “missing” isn’t evidence but I disagree. She reacted the way a killer or sociopath would, not a normal caring mother.
