She wasn’t with the babysitter. She was with her mother. All of the evidence also supports a kidnapping. All of those things would have been present. No DNA was found in the trunk. If a body was stored there for any length of time, there would be something.

Go this route. Let’s say your child disappeared. The FIRST suspect will be you. How do you prove that you didn’t do it?

I am well aware she wasn't with a babysitter - I was using a similiar situation as an example, please try to keep up.

Read what I wrote again - if you left your child with a babysitter and then all of those things happened, would you think the jury was right to let her go?

And to answer how I would prove it wasn't me:

first of all I don't lie to the police and wouldnt' have had a MONTH of lying to everyone that my child was safe with someone else

I wouldn't have lied for years about a fake job and I wouldn't have stolen money from friends and family.

There would be no PROOF right off the bat that I was a lying sociopath
