But these jurors havent had 3 years of emotional talking heads like Nancy Grace influencing them.
Neither have I since I don't get cable. I became interested in the last week to week and a half so I would have something to discuss with my momma (she likes to follow stuff like this). I read through a lot of the evidence released to catch up, etc., had questions about some of the evidence, looked at it as a whole on my own.
I thought there was enough to tie her to this death, with the duct tape being primary reason to determine premeditation.
I guess the jury thought there were still too many unanswered questions.
Well, yes, that is obvious. I am surprised they could not determine enough circumstancial evidence existed to overcome reasonable doubt. The duct tape, the garbage bags, the laundry bag all lead back to the Anthony's house. The decomposition smell detected by the dogs in both the car and the back yard was pretty damning. The actions of the defendant afterword, and before the little girl ended up dead, were beyond suspicious. Quite interesting that the jury does not want to talk. They must know their decision wouldn't be understood by most people at this point in time.

Or maybe they are afraid for their lives, afraid of ‘mob rule” convicting them.
there hasn’t been a lot of respect for the jury here on Freep...a conservative site that is dedicated to the constitution.
