I have a feeling this jury is democrat literate. Fox News was talking about the jury pool.

Beyond *reasonable doubt* has been distorted to mean *beyond all doubt* and this jury lacked management/professional people -— higher educated people -— leaders, if you will.

I have sat on two Superior Court juries. Both times, we had trouble with jurors who couldn’t see past the stark evidence staring them right in their respective faces, for *hours*, until *all doubt* was removed.

One deliberation went almost a whole extra day because of that one juror.

Yes, it seems to have been the case here as well IMO.

If there's any comfort for those who belief Casey did kill her daughter...well... Julie Chen broke down on cbsnews ..with a very heavy heart, you could see the pain in her face..had to ask for help from the co-anchor....... Attorenys and legal people are stunned, some stating they had not seen such a good case by the prosecution in the entire life of their careers....and yet the jury was blind to it.
