Time to let Scott Peterson out as he was found guilty because of his lies and suspicious actions also.

I recall Baba Wawa saying on national TV about ther O.J. Simpson case (wait for her opinion of this case tomorrow morn. Can we bet on what it’ll be?) “We’ll never know who killed Nicole!”

All of you defenders of the most perfect legal system under the sun bringing up the Constitution, the Saintly Founders, and all other cliches that we have heard a trillion times (that’s one thousand times one billion), please defend for us not John Edwards’ azbestos riches, but the Amirault case.

Justice will, indeed, prevail in this case. It just didn’t happen in our court system today. This is a scenario that will play out with increasing frequency in day and years to come. If Casey Anthony should have been punished severely for the death of her child (and I believe she should have been) then there were others who should suffer the same punishment right along with her. Although I truly believe Casey simply left the child in the car trunk in a drugged state for too long, causing her to die; premeditated murder wasn’t proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

However, our society is full of people who make a living defending the indefensible, making excuses for the vilest of human behaviors and creating whole professions on the basis of shifting blame for any kind of vile act imaginable. If Casey Anthony deserves justice, then so does Dr. Keith Ablow and his ilk who defend the rights of those with sub-human, uncontrolled impulses to walk free among the rest of society.

Actually, justice really will be done in this case. Cindy and George Anthony will bear the full punishment they deserve for defending, lying for, supporting and enabling an offspring they had to know was a sociopath. Being a parent is no excuse for upholding and condoning behavior that will ultimately injure others.

One only has to take a look at society today to know how well the so-called “mental health” professionals are undermining the framework of personal responsibility, character and morals that are essential for the survival of any nation.

“The wheels of justice grind slow, but they grind exceeding fine” Those words don’t come from anything imagined by lawyers or our “justice system” and they will prevail in spite of the feeble efforts of men to undermine and circumvent them. Casey Anthony will receive her due and she won’t be alone.

All I can think of is the line from Al Pacino in The Devil’s Advocate:

“We’re coming out...guns blazing....ll of us, acquittal after acquittal after acquittal...until the stench of it reaches so high and far into Heaven it chokes the whole @$#@ing lot of them!”

I notice the same legalize drugs cop hating pro homosexual marriage Liberaltarians, who cried for months that SWAT in Arizona are “murderers” despite the evidence and investigation to the contrary - are now legal experts gloatingly siding with this horrible woman.

Think about that if you say justice was done in this case.

I’ve abandoned Fox for degenerating totally into tabloid TV with its obsessive coverage of the Anthony trial which they (and other cable networks) have turned into an American soap opera, shutting out major news of national and international importance. They ought to have given the coverage to Geraldo who loves and specializes in such tripe. These media ghouls are probably eager for another murder they can sensationalize in hopes of boosting their ratings. Bread and circuses! C-Span is looking better every day.

"Well, I hope that this is a lesson to those of you who have indulged in media assassination for three years. Bias, prejudice and incompetent talking heads saying what would be and how to be. I'm disgusted by some of the lawyers that have done this, and I can tell you that my colleagues from coast to coast and border to border have condemned this whole process of lawyers getting on television and talking about cases that they don't know a damn thing about. And don't have the experience to back up their words or the law to do it. Now you learned a lesson, and we appreciate the jury and those of you that have been objective and professional. We like it. Others, we're going to be talking to again. Thank you very much," (Defense Lawyer Cheney Mason)

I find that I don't have the extensive vocabulary necessary to write exactly how much I agree with Mr. Mason. He ought to be the campaign manager for a few conservatives I could name!

Straight talk from a lawyer!!

AMAZING!!

I feel Baez indicated exactly what happened here, in this case.

This was a Death Penalty case. These jurors, rightly, were going to play no part in the execution of another human being...that, along with no real hard evidence, set Casey free.

On a side note: I wonder, just how many people, frothing at the mouth to kill Casey, have participated in the murder of their own children...both fathers and mothers. Just because they “legally” killed them before or immediately after they were born...it is still murder. Yet, I know several people who have killed their children and who desired this young girl to be executed for doing the same exact thing.

My theory: Mom used drugs and the trunk of her car to ‘babysit’ Caylee while visiting clubs or the boyfriend. Mom came out one night and the child was dead. Mom decided to concoct a missing child theory and turned the accident into a murder. Just a theory.

Jose Baez is a street fighter; but the one thing he understood better than anyone with a bunch of people like these jurors; you got to sell them and he did. Baez had control of the entire courtroom.

If Ashton had a flaw; I would say he is too noble. He brought a knife to a gunfight. I like Ashton very much. He is fair; but this wasn’t fair.
