Even after the kidnapping story came out of Casey on 7/16/08, Cindy still insisted to her brother that they couldn’t reveal everything they knew... After reading this, I’m sure they know exactly what happened. SICK SICK SICK

That’s odd. I had read that she filed the lawsuit some time ago and it was scheduled for trial several times and postponed. Wonder if it ran its course and another one had to be filed. Last I read, it was scheduled for August or September 2011....
So well analogized! For some reason we get these juries that want to believe the far-fetched and ridiculous over the obvious. As my daughter put it. . . . even if you had a video tape of the perp during the commission of the crime, the defense would convince some bozo(s) that their eyes were deceiving them.
Even if all the jury duty avoiders were to step up to the plate, jury selection would eliminate much of those who understand what constitutes guilt and embrace the criminal sympathizers. I think we ought to do away with screening the prospective jurors. Pre-qualify the possibles and then draw them at random; no input by either side.
Does anyone have an email for Judge Perry for m? I am so ABSOLUTELY SICKENED by this I can’t stand it. I have been unable to watch anything but the cooking channel and my taped programs. I WILL NOT listen to one of the talking head idiots try to explain this one away. I want to email Perry. He absolute THREW this trial and I knew it the way he was sticking anybody and everybody into those twelve slots. He didn’t give a shit if they said they “couldn’t judge”? What the hell is that??? What else is a juror supposed to do?? He is responsible for all of this. Baez is a fat, vulgar, deceitfull, lyinging POS. He made me sick actually. I feel so bad for this prosecution that did such a wonderful job. They not only proved this case beyond any reasonable doubt they proved it beyond ANY doubt. I pray, sorry, that someone does justice, because the system would not. This jury should NOT make ONE penny. I don’t give two flips in the wind what ANY of them have to say. It’s clear that NONE of them ever deliberated this case. They wasted 10 hours and then came back with what they had already decided before they were picked. As in, I will give up my job to be on this jury????? For Christ’s sake?? This is bozo land x 12. I’m sick, absolutely sick. This is a travesty!!! CO
I’m sorry, I know that the United States thinks they have the best legal system in the world. Well, I have to say that OJ Simpson and this case and a number of others show that it’s not. It has become a hollywood production. Let the Lawyer make a name for himself, whatever. I am married to a Canadian Lawyer, I work in the legal field, even tho I am a Registered Nurse. I know now why my husband decided to do commercial and business law 20 years ago. He told me, he could not stand to have judges
crapping on him all the time and having to make up stories which were really lies. The system has truly become sick. This case is a travesty beyond all travesties. I start with blaming this judge. Just push ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY into the 12 seats. I wish he had the courage of that Mass. judge that overturned the jury’s verdict because it was WRONG. He’s an asshole pure and simple. I have not watched ONE thing on TV that has this case on it since the verdict. I KNEW it was going to be bad I just knew it and yet I have never seen a Prosecution team do so well. This was a pre-programed travesty. It will take me quite awhile to get over this. Does anyone have the email for Judge Perry? I tried to search it, but can’t find it. Would appreciate it greatly. I’m with ya on all that. This is an outrage.
Also, the admitted misbehavior of the jury - tv watching, discussing the case among themselves, etc. Judge was awfully lenient.
And that is extremely disturbing.
The one thing this case proves is that it’s not possible for humans to make a perfect system. That gives me little solace, but it’s really all I can glean from the whole mess. I am so tired of hearing how this proves the system works that I really could scream...
Hell I’ve already screamed, my heads about to explode. Did these 12 jurors think the little girl died of natural causes. This mother has not cried one tear for this baby, the whole nation has but not her.

Circumstantial evidence is often good enough to convict, and should have in this case.
If you’re driving along a country road and see a turtle on top of a fence-post, it is circumstantial evidence that some guilty human put it up there. Use the common sense that God gave you (I think).
It’s people with your thinking that have put a psychopathic murderer back on the streets. There will be hell to pay.
Did she see the same trial I saw!? They proved chloroform. What they DIDN’T prove was that it was an accident George Anthony covered up. And apparently that is what this and the other moronic jurors thought did happen. You cannot figure people out these days.
I am beginning to ignore all of the Prosecution-didn’t-prove-their-case people on FR, other than ask how much of the trial they actually watched. Obviously, they didn’t watch nearly enough to defend the lazy, idiot jurors who wanted get out of town to start making their fast bucks, instead of spending another few days questioning and understanding the charges, reviewing the evidence, and deliberating. They disgust me, almost as much as Casey Anthony and her pack of sleezy, lying, bird-flipping lawyers.
As I remember from the trial, both the state and defense experts testified that the levels of chloroform were high in the trunk. The defense tried to blame it on something else, but had to admit it was there.
So this juror did not consider the evidence, but went on emotion. Just what Baez told them not to do. Don’t hate the slut! The jurors were under his spell. Junk Science!!! Lies, Lies, Lies!!!
