Not sure what to make of the letters from George- they seem to say a lot of nothing...
Meanwhile- who knew how many fans she had? There are dozens of cards and letters from complete strangers who wrote to her in jail.

detestable Nancy Grace I agree, typically she comes across as a harridan...and worse a southern one which I find harder to swallow given that is my by far favorite woman class and one I'm submerged imn
But right now she is walking on water while Rush, Hannity and even the venerable Mark Levin wax like Dershowitz about how this case saved the Constitution and our way of life
I am outraged. I have buddies doing decades of time for simply large scale pot smuggling...now old men getting out after going in to prison in the 80s...all convicted in federal court... which would never allow such BS thrown out like in this one ...purely on circumstantial or rats who talked to save themselves
No one here can convince me this was justice or preservation of the law and most people with children only needed know she waited 31 days...31 frigging days!
I would not wait 31 seconds to be in full panic if my 2 year old went missing
Idiocracy.

Does anyone know why he is signs his letters Dad/PapaJoe? Weird. I still haven't had a chance to read them, but my guess would be Caylee called him PapaJoe? I know it's weird, but that's what my almost 3-year old granddaughter calls her stepGrandad.
Just a thought.

Good assessment...
Now, in law school, they will be teaching how to appeal to the lowest common denominators in society - KISS!
OBTW, your tag line has been floating through my mind ever since the verdict...

Yeah, and just think...this guy is a high school U.S. Government teacher. Dare I say...an A/#1, first class LIBTARD!

Oh my- Mason flipped the bird at reporters?
Ahhhh yes...a classy fellow, that Cheney.
I don’t care if they wanted to celebrate- but couldn’t they have gone to Mason’s office and had it catered? Or someone’s house? Anywhere but downtown Orlando across from the courthouse in a bar with more windows than barstools?

LOL, my wife is done with him...she heard his total lack of ability to think rationally and became ill.
Same here. I never liked him much, other than he generally supports conservatives. I normally listen to him on my ride home from work, but mostly due to a lack of choices. After hearing him yesterday, now I don't like him and he proved he's dumb as a rock. The whole thing went right over his head (zing!) just like many of his caller's points.

I thought so too; I can’t help but think probably ten of the twelve jurors are strongly pro-abort types, so popular in FL.
To: SE Mom
Totally agree...
it was such an in-your-face display - to the public particularly...
Yesterday, after the verdict, I was so disgusted, I decided to do a Google search on the tall, female lawyer for the defense who just loved to squeeze, pat and hug the defendant...Dorothy Simms...’cause I thought I smelled a lib rat...
Sure enough, she has all the lib credentials - I didn’t find contributions to Planned Parenthood, etc which I was looking for but I didn’t search very hard...
funny how these types show up at times like these...
next will do a search on Mason...but suspect I’ll find the same...

One important thing that we all questioned months ago and Russ made note of it. When George picked the car up at the tow yard, why didnt he call 911 when he smelled the decomposition.
Here's another explanation.....George said (I believe...or someone else testified to this) that he was afraid he would find his granddaughter and daughter in the trunk. He was relieved when they were not in there and saw a bag of trash instead. A mind can work tricks on you when you're preparing for the worst and then you are given hope that it may not be as bad as you think. The mother, Cindy, is the one who called 911 knowing something was off and claimed just that.....that the trunk smelled like a dead body.
Here's Lee's testimony to LE,
CNN
........"LEE ANTHONY, CASEY ANTHONY`S BROTHER: I was at my mom`s house within five minutes. When I arrived, go through the garage door like I typically do. There was -- the only vehicle in there was my -- the vehicle drove -- driven by my sister, the white Pontiac. The trunk was open. The windows were rolled down to what I assume ventilate the horrible smell that I had just smelled for the first time, and went inside the house to see if anybody was there. Nobody was.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The smell filled up the garage.
LEE ANTHONY: Yes, it was -- it was -- it hit you like a wave (ph). I mean, it was -- it was whatever it was, was very potent.
My mother and father told me that my dad actually drove the car back, because my mother was talking about how she didn`t know how my dad survived it because the smell was so bad.
(LAUGHTER)".......

I ask myself what else could the prosecution have offered to convince the jurors beyond a reasonable doubt. The best answer I can come up with is a better narrative which tied everything together. The closing was powerful, but by then, I think, it was too late.
Supposedly there was a big family blowout the night of the 15th which was triggered by Casey stealing from Grandma. (More than one source has mentioned Cindy choked Casey).
If that evening was the straw that broke the camel's back, the investigators should have leaned on each and everyone of them all of them hard until they were able to account for every minute. It would have taken some hard leaning, because by now the Anthony's do not have to get those types of lies straight. They know what to say.

Part of me wonders if they commie globalist oligarchy isn't setting up court cases to make an increasing mockery of Christian values and to throw as many monkey wrenches into the legal system to make a mockery of it as possibleI think you're on to something here, as John F. Kennedy once said of Joseph McCarthy! A point of which American liberals hate to be reminded
To: wardaddy
Yep. 31 seconds to full panic mode when a 2 year old wanders out of sight in a park or a mall. And you wouldn’t care what ramifications would fall on you, you would just go into full find the kid mode, no matter what.

It became apparently to me quite early in the testimony that the Anthony dysfunction pattern allowed George to function in deep denial, while handing the reins of family control over to Cindy.
Surely others saw it the same way.
