I heard that and it’s an excuse. Unless a juror comes to their sense and tells the truth;; it won’t come out. These jurors saw Jose as a victim is my guess. It never had anything to do with Casey being guilty.
IMHO, the prosecution gave one hell of a closing argument. If there was any debate among the jurors it was how to get Casey off.

I have been called for jury duty numerous times too. ONLY ONCE was I ever chosen and that is because the defendant didn't live in our town.
I know most of the attorneys in this town and NONE OF THEM want me on their jury, guaranteed.

Did Tim or anyone from Equisearch testify? If so, I must have missed it. Thought it odd that they were not called.

Her dad was a tough disciplinarian and a former cop See now I always had the impression that George was a wimp and the women in the house ran all over him.
Funny how perceptions can be so different. I have nothing to really base my opinion on but that's how I've always seen him...

WHAAAAT?
We have enough ‘professionals” in government, please, no more. Let the citizenry participate.
bill Buckley said he would rather be tried by the first 100 people in the NYC phone directory than bey govt officials. I agree!

Why would George be in on it?
To: truthkeeper
Yes, I saw that TF...just a sad day for many over this travesity on in-justice.
It was very telling watching the defense embrace Casey...and yet her parents had left and were not there near her. I am afraid this is not over for George.

If it was an accident you call 911, murder not so much.
That's not true. By all accounts, the mother has some mental problems (uncontrollable liar, etc) and it was probably clear to all that an accidental drowning explanation would not be believed.
Mark Levin's assessment in a nutshell on the Casey Anthony trail is;
The JURY are the one's who decided the case. The JURY;
Didn't believe the science.
Didn't believe the medical examiner.
Didn't find evidence on the duct tape.
Didn't believe the weight of the prosecution's arguments.
The prosecution proved only that Casey Anthony liked to party and may well have been mentally ill. The prosecution did not prove much else.
Pyx's Opinion.
Television hosts on viewer's favorite television programs OUTSIDE of the court may have swayed viewers but INSIDE, the court with prosecution and defense arguments presented to the JURY is where it counts.
In short, as a viewer, you may deny it, you may hate it, you may just accept it, but YOU WERE MANIPULATED by the media.
Note for your future: The media will do everything it can to manipulate the electorate.
A comparison to the OJ Simpson case is moronic. The two cases are not the same.

Where will the skank live when she gets out? With mommy and daddy?
They should get out of town right now!

Defense lawyers love having liberals on their jury, especially when it involves the murder of young children..why, because liberals are pro abortion, they will be quick to acquit a mother accused of murdering her child. The second I heard about Juror #4 and #5 about how they “dont like to judge anyone” I knew the prosecution had a BIG problem..I thought that maybe the other jurors wanted to convict they would convince them to vote guilty too but maybe those two jurors were the ones that did all the convincing

I know a murder (Casey) got away with murder. But if I was her I wouldn't celebrate yet. They hopefully will come after her for tax evasion. She got $200.000.00 for photos and movies and I bet she never paid taxes.

My grandmother always said, there are some bad men in this world, but there are evil, evil women. It was in the late 50s when I heard her say that and I was shocked. As an adult, I know Gram was right.She was right. I do not believe there is anywhere in this country she will be able to go and have a moment's peace. I'm reminded of the Megan Maier cyber-bullying case.

Well Ashton did an outstanding job and many Attorneys have stated so. So this Jury certainly are the ones who covered their eyes from the obvious evidences....or just plain too stupid to understand how everything works.

Sadly, both her mother and father ought to watch their backs, but especially her father. I’m sure he’s next.
