I heard Murphy on TV state that when switching channels. I was stunned because I had never heard those allegations before, and she sounded so sure. Others here heard it too.
If Russ doesn’t think Caylee was in the car, who does he think was in there?

The phrases "beyond a reasonable doubt" and "beyond any and all reasonable doubt" are functionally the equivalent. If the word "reasonable" had been left out then your assertion would have merit.
Now I know that HLN is part of CNN but I tell ya Vinnie Politano is one of the few guys on CNN that I actually have a lot of respect for..too bad he could not have been on the jury..and yes our society has really gone down the drain. People wonder how come Obama won in 2008, this is why..stupid people..it wasn’t the media that got Obama elected..the media didn’t force anyone to walk or drive to the polls to vote for him, idiots who didn’t give a damn about his true agenda went and voted for him..and you know what, after what I saw today, don’t be surprised if he is re-elected in 2012..don’t be surprised at all..I have ZERO faith in our justice system, first OJ gets away with murder(But at least with that case we had an excuse, the jury wanted to let a “Brother” get off, that case was made into a race case, never about the victims) but with this case, COME ON what more proof do you need..its really sad, no justice for Caylee, at least not now but you know what, she will get justice someday, murderers always get what is coming to them at the end

Well seems to me it’s time for IQ tests for Jurors. But as someone posted earlier. Some of them either had criminal records themselves or had fam in prison. SICKENING.
It is NOT the job of the Jury to win this case. It is up to the PROSECUTOR to present the evidence to gain their convistion. the prosecution failed.
the Jury only can decide on the evidence presented. The jury did their job.The prosecutor didn’t—or couldn’t—provide the evidence.
The neighbors can make it very difficult for them to continue living in that neighborhood—not by vandalism or anything like that, just in how they treat them when they see them. I hope they exercise that power. As for the lawyer, I hope the bar takes a close look at him.
People who treat their own kids the way Casey did Caylee.
I was in school all afternoon and just heard. Unbelievable. How can these people even look themselves in the mirror?
Lee testified to that. Said “Zanny the nanny” with the help of her sister, held Casey down in a park and called her an unfit mom. Said they were taking Caylee to teach her a lesson. This was like the 3rd story Casey told him.
What about Ashton? Is he quitting the DA’s office?
I don’t live in the area, so there might have been something said locally—but as far as I know, this is the first time he’s said anything.
HLN had NOT one thing to do with that baby ending up with duct tape around her head, placed into trash bags then into an Anthony household laundry bag and then dumped like common garbage in a swamp less than a mile from where Casey and the baby lived. I thought this case was about evidence instead of what HLN said? Casey's own words confessed WHEN the baby went missing, and that was 31 days later. Yeah, I can't wait for that trial of having Casey under oath.
