Morning all, didn't see a thread for today so I created one.
But in reality they only need to believe beyond a reasonable doubt in their conclusion. Not about every single bit of evidence.

I think the objections at the end were minimized because of the Judge’s reprimands of both parties. At the end, the judge was fed up and you could see it.
And sadly, Baez told the jury what they wanted to hear. As mentioned at the top of this thread, most jurors are conditioned by TV to think that ANY doubt is reasonable doubt and that there has to be answers to all questions and that just isn’t the case.
But TV fantasies and people’s stupidity lead to juries like this one.
Even my husband, who only caught part of the trial and is conditioned professionally to weigh both sides (lawyer), is flabbergasted and appalled by this decision. He is walking around the house shaking his head at this stupid jury.
Based upon some of the views I have read about this case I think the 'stupid' count has now far out numbered the reasonable count. Somehow justice for a killed small child means a lying slut walks because there is no utube video of mommy dearest applying the duct tape and bagging the body and tossing the bags in the swamp.
Remember what happened to Judith Regan for giving OJ a book deal.

WHO? ;)
She’s willing to give a DNA sample, she just wants to know if Caylee was her grandchild, I don’t know if it has anything to do with money, beside, the jury says Casey is innocent, so where would Donna McLean be getting money, who would she sue? A book deal maybe?
OMG........I have seen Wendy on FOX, but they cut her off and didn’t let her expound on this. WOW.
Perhaps that's where the Prosecution dropped the ball. I think that was the motive. To teach Cindy a lesson. Of course, if the State chose to go through the crazy psychological history of the Anthony family we'd still be sitting in the courtroom at Christmas.
Yes, it seems to have been the case here as well IMO.
If there's any comfort for those who belief Casey did kill her daughter...well... Julie Chen broke down on cbsnews ..with a very heavy heart, you could see the pain in her face..had to ask for help from the co-anchor....... Attorenys and legal people are stunned, some stating they had not seen such a good case by the prosecution in the entire life of their careers....and yet the jury was blind to it.
Vinnie Politan is interviewing an alternate juror. Yikes. No wonder she was found ng. A real Obama voter.
As for Caylee's remains in trunk...he has a hard time believing it. Did not find the testimony of the people who "smelled death credible." Doesn't believe Caylee was even in the car.
Thinks the whole family was in cahoots in the disposal of the body.
God, I have to stop. This is too depressing for words.
Sure she will, after she pays off Zanny the Nanny, and even old Kronk, might take a hit at her lies about him bagging her baby, but then again maybe she can get the same jury that gave this verdict today.
Jeff Ashton announced his retirement. NOT THAT’S A STATEMENT OF THE JUSTICE SYSTEM.
The nasty bitch was acquitted of aggravated child abuse. What jury could acquit this woman of aggravated child abuse?
HLN just reported that Jeff Ashton is now retiring. It’s his last case.
Looks like Baez is doing a strategic default. If the laws in Florida allow him to do it and not have to pay a deficiency, it is a wise move on his part. That is a financial decision not related to his defense of Casey.
I suspect Baez will be making some pretty good bank off of this case. The prosecution screwed up this case; and that is not Baez fault. In fact, one could almost conclude that he made some mis-steps that should have helped the prosecution.
In the David Westerfield case, one could argue that maybe his attorney helped the prosecution by opening the door for the admission of evidence that would have otherwise been excluded.
I am just sick.
We have far worse problems in America than this single case of a possible murderess going free. Read the posting history of the thread I was on and you'll see what I mean.
Conservative author PJ O'Rourke's observation now comes to mind that a woman's psychological makeup is that they'd ignore a fly ball in order to catch a falling baby without first examining how many men are on base.
I just saw that. Stunning, isn’t it? THIS is what we have to rely on for justice.
Forgot to mention...also felt Casey’s lies didn’t mean much because of “the dysfunction in the family.” And he didn’t believe GEORGE.
I Heard him on Fox News..I almost puked when I heard him talk, when I heard him speak I knew the prosecution had NO CHANCE to win this case..they fought for nothing..they could have brought in everything and the kitchen sink this jury was NEVER going to convict this woman..NEVER
I am stunned. If there is any truth to Murphys suspicions
You can't believe anything that comes out of Wendy Murphy or Nancy Grace's mouth. During the Duke Lacrosse team ordeal, they both had outrageous "suspicions".
