Morning all, didn't see a thread for today so I created one.
I’m not defending Casey, I am defending THE LAW. I personally believe that Casey had something to do with it. Thank God we don’t convict people based on public opinion.
It was simply NOT proven that she “murdered” Caylee. They can’t even say for sure what the cause of death was.
Again, you may prefer the legal system in Cuba or Iran, but I prefer this one.
This is a travesty by a jury of imbecilic cowards.
This jury should be charged with explaining who did this and why Casey Anthony failed to report her daughter missing for 31 days. The nanny doesn’t exist.
At the least, Casey and George Anthony should be charged with abuse of corpse.

Yep, apparently most of them could. From what I’m reading, there weren’t many college grads on the jury, which means the average IQ was in the 90s. Translated, these people weren’t capable of forming logical conclusions. The bottom line is this, if Casey didn’t kill Caylee, who did?

I’m surprised they even arrested the murderous bitch with this amount of evidence.
The reality is that the prosecution did a very poor job, they were unprofessional, and the hard evidence was not conclusive enough for a murder conviction.
She may very well be guilt, probably in fact, but the evidence and especially the way it was presented simply did not quite meet the standard of reasonable doubt for first degree murder.
The issue here is that this case has been tried in the media for the last year or so by a bunch of so called experts and media attention whores seeking to make a name and a quick buck off of the pain and suffering of others and emotions are high
I watched every day of that trial and Simpson was guilty as hell. All the evidence pointed to him.
I wondered if the prosecutors in the Anthony case would do a version of Marcia Clark's pyramid, which showed the jury all facts not disputed by either side.
That alone should have convicted Simpson.

Sorry. Don’t buy that in this case. Just as our political system is broken so is our judicial. I can honestly see some holdouts over the death penalty; however I can’t see all 12 agreeing with not guilty on anything about this little girl’s death. I believed at the very worst; it would be a hung jury.
Instead, they threw this little girl right back in the trash on the side of the road.

Ok, she had something to do with it, then how can you say the system worked? What about one of the charges, manslaughter? You're either evil or an idiot. I care not know why you choose to advertise it on a public forum.
As has been stated many times, Scott Peterson got death for killing his wife and there was no video of him doing it either - in fact there was less evidence in that case than in this one.
