That's NOT enough. After everybody is done, and looks away, all the individual golf balls will jitter and jiggle together, merging and manging, forming some other shape of pure evil. It CAN and WILL take other forms. I'd recommend at least molecular sized particles. Even then, they might over time form a slurry, repeating the process...
