If you don't already know check out what Obama and Cass Sunstein propose with
libertarian paternalism. Basically I believe it means they absolutely respect your unalienable right to choose.. that's right YOU! It's American as apple pie!
We name the choices from which you freely choose, say Obama and Sunstein.
