I’m trying to square this with the original statement that another employee had come out of the room and told the maid that the room was empty. The cops must have checked that statement out with the other employee. If she thought the room was empty how was she expecting sex? The whole thing stinks on ice.
The DA ‘s office confirms that information is true. She was told by her supervisor to make up the room and that the room was empty. It was way past check-out time.
