I prefer not to eat bikers. On the other hand I've had friends maimed in accidents where larger vehicles just turned out in front of them. And, if you read the whole thread I probably know a bit more about it all than you imagine.

The issue is can the state fairly impose safety laws on motor vehicle operators who use the public right of way and public roads.

People who think not are probably not right in the head.
