“So youre prepared for a home invasion committed by a trained Marine who wants to steal that gun?”
There have been no cases I’ve heard of where trained Marines are breaking into homes by physical force to steal a gun.
But if you are talking about one-two people breaking in a window to enter, then yes, I’m prepared. Marines can’t transport themselves into a house a la Star Trek. Unless they have supporting artillery or high explosives, they have to come thru an opening.
Could I hold off a dozen Marines in combat gear? Nope.
But then, there aren’t any cases of a dozen Marines in combat gear with supporting fires entering a home...particularly not to steal a gun.
And with THIS marine, you have an individual who had been stopped by police twice. Once he was in a car with friends, and there was marijuana and a handgun. Facing possible arrest, what did he do? He cooperated, was booked, and the DA decided not to prosecute anyone in the car.
The second time, he was at a house and was asked questions. He didn’t answer - as was his right. He wasn’t arrested, and there was no offer of violence.
So you tell me - what was the justification for breaking down the door of his home 7 seconds after the first knock? If you are in bed, can you answer the door of your house in 7 seconds?
I cannot. And if I heard a commotion at my door, I would go there with a gun in hand. And if it was the Pima County SWAT, I would die for the crime of taking a gun with me to investigate a disturbance.
AS for your devil-worshiping USMC gangs, the only case I know of where over 70 shots were fired into a house is this one. And it was the SWAT team doing the shooting.
And then they denied medical help for 1.5 hours. That puts them on a level below a devil-worshiping ex-Marine gang.
The whole event was because the cops were serving a search warrant as part of a home invasion probe at the home of the marine under investigation for being the muscle for that home invasion gang.
