THAT's the reason you won't provide proof?
I think the real reason you won't provide prood is that none exists.
Obviously the SWAT raid was botched ~ shouldn't take 72 rounds to kill a man who hasn't fired at you unless, of course, he has one of those secret WALLET PISTOLS like that poor dude in New York, or someone else thinks the undercover officer was correct in figuring EMNMs "Gonna get my gun" was a threat!
Sometimes cops are wrong and forget that they are walking around with guns. They could ahve easily killed this guy's wife and child ~ their reaction would be the same and the Republican Committee would be ousting their newly selected (by them) chairman.
I think that's what's most disturbing. These guys hinge on the dope issue but the rest of us look at the level of violence they seem to tolerate as normal in that part of the world and we come up with totally different impressions.
So, is the question for the committee the chairman's criticism of the cops or is it that by coming out in the open that way some additional aspect of the spread of doper culture and the money that comes with it might inadvertently be revealed?
Again, I suspect it's the dope. Others think it's the violence. Combined it means Pima County is no place to go for a vacation!
Gang Activity in the U.S. Military (threat to law enforcement)
http://usmilitary.about.com/od/justicelawlegislation/a/gangs.htm
Now link that information to the Marine they assasinated.
South America is nice.
and we would still get a whitewash by the FBI,Like we have in so many of these cases involving police misconduct
Pima County Chief Criminal Deputy Attorney David:
“A close examination of the rifle revealed it appeared to have been damaged by being fired upon from such an angle that it must have been pointed toward officers”.
You accused a specific individual of being a gangbanger. Please provide your proof of HIS involvement with the druggies, as the SD that murdered him couldn’t seem to find any. Otherwise, your humble apology is strongly recommended.
Self-serving statements from officials who are way too closely connected to the killers do NOT count for squat. Better luck next time.
Another case of “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil” of the establishment.
Tucson Police say a gun found in Guerena’s house had been stolen in a burglary at a home in the 4300 Block of East Holmes three years ago.
Everybody in Arizona is corrupt - that’s what Obama believes, LOL.
Now you know why this Pima County Republican, who normally votes straight Republican, won’t give a penny to the Republican Party.
I’ll give to candidates, but I will never again give a penny to the party.
“Mexican devil-worshiping gangs are hiring trained Marines as their military arm.”
I live in Pima County, and I haven’t seen any signs of this USMC devil-worshipping gang supporting drug operations.
I’m not fearful of the gangs, but I live outside Tucson. And I’m armed. But that latter fact could get me killed if the cops go to the wrong door...
So you’re prepared for a home invasion committed by a trained Marine who wants to steal that gun?
Source that, if you please. I have a very good friend in the area, retired from the Marine Corps AND from that very Sheriff’s Department, heard NONE of this from him. So I expect you have an UNIMPEACHABLE source, right? And NOT the locals who have a vested interest in covering up their murder!
“So youre prepared for a home invasion committed by a trained Marine who wants to steal that gun?”
There have been no cases I’ve heard of where trained Marines are breaking into homes by physical force to steal a gun.
But if you are talking about one-two people breaking in a window to enter, then yes, I’m prepared. Marines can’t transport themselves into a house a la Star Trek. Unless they have supporting artillery or high explosives, they have to come thru an opening.
Could I hold off a dozen Marines in combat gear? Nope.
But then, there aren’t any cases of a dozen Marines in combat gear with supporting fires entering a home...particularly not to steal a gun.
And with THIS marine, you have an individual who had been stopped by police twice. Once he was in a car with friends, and there was marijuana and a handgun. Facing possible arrest, what did he do? He cooperated, was booked, and the DA decided not to prosecute anyone in the car.
The second time, he was at a house and was asked questions. He didn’t answer - as was his right. He wasn’t arrested, and there was no offer of violence.
So you tell me - what was the justification for breaking down the door of his home 7 seconds after the first knock? If you are in bed, can you answer the door of your house in 7 seconds?
I cannot. And if I heard a commotion at my door, I would go there with a gun in hand. And if it was the Pima County SWAT, I would die for the crime of taking a gun with me to investigate a disturbance.
AS for your devil-worshiping USMC gangs, the only case I know of where over 70 shots were fired into a house is this one. And it was the SWAT team doing the shooting.
And then they denied medical help for 1.5 hours. That puts them on a level below a devil-worshiping ex-Marine gang.
Uh, that connects your earlier post about gangs to the assasinated Marine how?
The whole event was because the cops were serving a search warrant as part of a home invasion probe at the home of the marine under investigation for being the muscle for that home invasion gang.
