Steak tartare ...YUM!
That’s one dish I’ve not had-surprisingly. But from what I’ve seen, it looks delicious! Yum is right!

My version: Pump rye spread w/horseradish on one, Texas Pete on the other, 97% lean ground sirloin, white onion slice optional.
It’s like weight training for the the immune system.
The Italians make a real good steak tartare’.
