Point 1, from the article was that Hooper knew the boy was mentally deficient.
Point 2, Hooper was reminded about the boy’s mental impairment.
Point 3, Boy may be mentally deficient, but soon will be financially secure.
A pity those Disgraces In Uniform can’t be taken to the nearest organ bank. Tasering a known retard is sadism personified, and America should not have to put up with same.
What goes around will come around eventually. One day, and that day is not far off, the citizens watching this kind of unwarranted abuse will retaliate, and we will have a dead cop or two on our hands. This is just so unnecessary and counterproductive. It’s long past time when these miscreants in blue suits go to jail for their illegal acts of abuse!
