I don’t accept that premise...but I do agree that complaining against The Blob (as Thomas Sowell calls it) is futile. So it certainly may appear that parents don’t care...when, in reality, they don’t matter anyway.
I get to vote for the School Board members and the Superintendant....they are county employees. Is that different in your community and around the country?
They produce or they get voted out. It is not futile and parents matter greatly.
