Probably not as congress wouldn’t go for it unles You find a liberal area that wanted to come into union to have any chance in order to keep balance..ie Alaska and Hawaii came in at the same time, one republican state and one democratic state.
My dream is to trade with Canada, Canada gets California and we get Alberta LOL.
