It would be funny if not so sad, and glaringly obvious that a sizable percentage of these "minorities" have a self-esteem deficiency.
They can be awarded enough degrees and diplomas to cover their walls yet they'll remain woefully ignorant.
Are you kidding? They are drowning in self-esteem, because all their lives they've been given As for D-level work. Then they get jobs, the real quality of their work becomes apparent, they find themselves on probation at work and it's got to be the fault of those racist managers.
