They're applying to the abortion providers the same health and safety requirements that pertain to every other outpatient surgical procedure.

Even the ones that don't kill 50% of the patients.

Kathleen Sebelius didn't care about the health and safety of the women. All she wanted was the campaign funds killing babies delivered to her.
