Read it knowing the Houston Chronicle is MSM, like Reuters and the rest of the "nattering nabobs of negativism."

There is more to this story.

Perry’s “7 Solutions” proposal threatens the research capabilities of Texas’ two Tier I universities, UT and A&M. I know that there are many of his fellow Ags who are furious with him.
