Those who paint U.S. Supreme Court justices with a broad brush only prove they don't really understand the court. Justice Antonin Scalia was dead wrong in striking down California's restriction on selling horribly violent video games to children.

Isn't this the job of parents and not government?

The law as I understand it didn’t allow children to buy it, just like they can’t buy skin magazines or beer. The parents can buy it for them if they desire.
