My thought is that this is an INTENDED consequence of the repeal of DADT.

The enemy of the Progressive State is Christianity.

Most likely DADT crusader against natural law (how utterly foolish, and someone promoted her to this position). Now as an authority over enlisted military personnel, she thinks her orders have weight behind them. But, they are empty, baseless, and completely contrary to the oath she swore to defend our constitution. She should be fired if she's a civilian or court marshaled if enlisted, and any pension or benefits revoked.
