Welcome to the Third World.

Laws? What laws? If you're illegal, you got to pick and choose the laws that apply to you.

===============================================

Why is it illegal lawbreakers have all these countries .... a succession of US presidents and the US govt..... defending their "rights?" And "real citizens" do not have anyone.....even our own govt......protecting Americans' rights?

REFERENCE News reports say Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Peru are conspiring to collude with The Anti-Defamation League, The American Civil Liberties Union, the Southern Poverty Law Center and several other civil and immigrant rights groups to infringe on US sovereignty to make laws as we see fit. The co-conspirators filed a federal class-action lawsuit against Georgia's law and are now asking a judge to halt the measure pending the outcome of their case (which Ga courts agreed to)...and vote-crazed Obama is in on the collusion.

Illegals are a national security threat. They are conspiring to tear down democracy---and the hellholes they escaped from are helping them. .....colluding to form voting blocs that will pressure vote-crazed legislators to start the foreign aid gravy train to homelands to which illegals pledge their loyalty.......aided and abetted by the Ovomitons.

Sen. Cornyn Confronts Napolitano Over ‘Backdoor Amnesty’
Commentary ^ | 6/29/2011 | Alana Goodman
FR Posted by mojito

During a hearing on the DREAM Act today, Sen. John Cornyn confronted Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano about whether her agency directed its attorneys to dismiss the deportation cases of illegal immigrants who had been convicted of crimes.

The exchange was prompted by a Houston Chronicle investigation yesterday, which revealed that DHS’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials encouraged attorneys to seek dismissals for dozens of illegal immigrants who had been convicted of criminal acts ranging from sexual assault, kidnapping, assault, theft, drug dealing and DUIs.

“In 2010, I wrote you a letter and asked you for details with regard to this program,” said Cornyn. “In response, the Department of Homeland Security assured me that a directive instructing ICE attorneys to seek dismissals of certain classes of criminal aliens ‘does not exist.’”

The senator asked Napolitano whether she could “explain the apparent discrepancy between the existence of this memo and what the Houston Chronicle reported on Monday?” Napolitano denied her office was involved in a cover-up, arguing that the Houston ICE field office that instructed its attorneys to seek dismissals for these illegal immigrants had “misconstrued” the orders given by the ICE headquarters in Washington, D.C. “The plain fact of the matter is that a miscommunication occurred at the regional level in one of 26 offices,” she said.

But Napolitano’s response doesn’t completely explain the inconsistency. As the Chronicle reported, after the chief counsel of the Houston office gave the instructions to his attorneys, he forwarded the email to ICE headquarters. ICE officials replied with an email praising the chief counsel’s decision and asking him to share his strategies with other offices. Napolitano has a lot more to answer for, and it sounds like at least one senator plans to pursue an investigation.

“When an agency not only misleads the public and Congress, but also attempts to block public information, merely citing an unfortunate ‘miscommunication’ is not a good enough explanation for the American people,” Cornyn said in a press statement after the hearing. “I intend to pursue whatever means necessary to get to the bottom of this and shine light on this wrongheaded policy.”

The governments in Latin America are engaging in a very dangerous practice involving themselves in the way we make and enforce our own laws.

It puts the lie to the old Leftwingtard complaint about "American Imperialism" and how we are seeking to impose our ways on them.

No, it's the other way around BUT it could be different. You drop the 82nd Airborne on Mexico City and send a mechanized Infantry Division South down the spine of Mexico and we could take them over and impose our ways on them in a couple of weeks.

With Obama out of office soon, we could probably arrange for such events without a great deal of difficulty.

That would also give us a new colonial possession to which we could exile ACLU, et al.

Note that without annexation this would simply be a colonial conquest of the old fashioned variety where the conqueror takes the natural resources, taxes the population for the cost of conquering them, and ships all THEIR refugees back home to lord it over the locals who made their lives so miserable.

I'm sure we could set up a very reliable Los Caudillos Brigade composed of little more than Salvadoran MS13members and Mexican narcotrafficantes and they'd be happy to do all the wet work for us.

Oh, yeah, they get Dick Durbin too. He and his kind have got to be dispatched to permanent ambassadorships in the Near Abroad!

Seems like not only illegals BUT SENATORS get to "pick and choose the laws that apply." From my post 5.

"iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law, shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B);"
