That name and what it implies sounds like it is straight out of Atlas Shrugged.

Is there any doubt, that as federal and state governments start seeing more companies flee rather than pay obscenely high taxes, some brilliant Democrat will propose a law to prevent companies from "escaping?"

Boeing v. National Labor Relations Board.

I _do_ expect to see something like this in California within five years — both some kind of law intended to try to punish businesses from escaping, AND another law that tries to confiscate the wealth of individuals (Euro-Americans) escaping...

Just sayin’...
