Possibly. Warsaw has a number of streets named after US Presidents. Though do remember that Poland's fight against communism started (and was won) much earlier than in other parts of E. Europe. It expanded just after the Polish Pope was elected and when he visited Warsaw, communism was erased like a bad memory. Shortly after in 80 Solidarność (Solidarity) was formed. There was martial law in the 80s but the communists had to lift it and shared govt with Solidarity in '85/
Reagan undoubtedly influenced this but he was not as pivotal as in the destruction of communism in the rest of Central and Eastern Europe and Russia.
There will probably be a statue raised to him, but not sure when.
