The marquee lit up. It was so great to have it lit like that. The whole downtown seemed to come to life.
It looks very beautiful. All the art deco lines are there to be seen and cherished! Sadly, I also see the For Sale sign. Theatre is a really hard sell in small towns and suburbia. That’s, unfortunately, why I’m stuck here in the Big Apple!
Is the interior in good shape? Does it retain it’s art deco design?
