If its satire is there grounds for a suit? If there is what could that mean for all of us? I might be wrong (and if I am I’ll know shortly,) but this sounds like a bad thing.
The only ground that I can imagine is that Equire's false report the book was being withdrawn hurt sales.
But in fact, it would have the opposite effect. Its being withdrawn makes it forbidden fruit
