They clearly did not move into the house and were standing right next to the woman taken to jail. Why were they not arrested?
Gee, dragnet2, I don’t know? Maybe because those people were actually standing in the woman’s yard and not within a few feet of the police action? Just spitballing here. This really isn’t rocket science people.
