So, if I read this aright, you are of the opinion that the training police receive to secure an area in which a police action is taking place should be thrown out. That a citizen who is within feet of a police action should be completely ignored?

Let's keep the discussion to the facts of this case, not your hypothetical. When you watch the video you will note it BEGINS with the suspect in handcuffs. When you watch the video you will note of the cops IN FEAR at least one remains with his back to camera. You will also note that the bad cop has to walk many feet to get to GOOD. You will note there are other people accompanying Good (camera does not levitate and continue filming on own)

Ah, I see. Hypotheticals from you and/or your friends here are okay. Connecting this case to all other cases of police being videotapped is okay. But, when I use a hypothetical, that is relative to what happened here, then that’s a no-no.
