When you drive I’ll bet you have a tough time with your peripheral vision, right? When you watched the video, where were you looking? Straight ahead at the officer’s? Did you at any time look to the videographer’s right? Did you at any time look down? Did you at any time pay close attention to the amount of movement the camera made relative to the location of the curb, vehicles, power pole, or sidewalk? Did you notice the close proximity of the videographer to the passenger side of the suspect’s vehicle? Let’s keep in mind that she wasn’t using a video camera, but an IPOD. What, perchance is the quality of said device with respect to telephoto abilities? Does her phone have any such capability? No rocket scientists in this bunch.
