If anyone took the time to actually read the report/answers it was obvious. Take into consideration, the response percentage was less than 25%. So that means 75% of the military did NOT even participate.
I was told by one troll that the fact that so few didn't answer the survey didn't matter, that it was still a valid sample (actually, only 29% of service members answered, per the "comprehensive" report.) But if you think about the organization involved, the military, where prompt, accurate attention and compliance to orders is the rule of existence, the fact that so few answered, and sluggishly so, and so many refused to answer in violation of orders is absolutely astounding.
I always say that the number of people who didn't answer the survey spoke much louder than the ones who did.
