The important thing is not that she made the John Wayne flub, but how she recovers from it, and whether she allows it and any other flubs to make her look like a wimp (like the opposite of Palin).
Well I’m not liking the staff upheaval...it’s usually a sign of poor management, which starts at or near the top!
