Actually, we don’t know what the DA thinks about the situation. Saying that he doesn’t have enough evidence to support the charges doesn’t mean he disagrees with the cop.
It’s like being found not guilty of a crime. The state isn’t saying it doesn’t think you didn’t do it, it just doesn’t have enough evidence to say with certainty that you did do it.
Yes we DO know what the DA thinks, because there was a decision rendered.
He or she saw the same video we did. There was no interference. And that was the ruling. Period.
The reason for the arrest was interference. There was none, and that is why the charges were dismissed.
