If their firewall or software is set up to block blogs, social networking site, or activist sites, you won’t get access to FR. Happened at the last place I worked at, all because some people spent way too much time on facebook at work, on the company computer, when they were supposed to be working.

Greetings US Navy Vet:
In 2005, while TAD at an USAF facility, I was surprised to find FR was blocked when using USAF browsers. So was DU. USCG, on the other hand, did not block either FR or DU.
